Version 11.0.0.20 is now available as an update. This version does not require Re-read Datafiles when upgrading from version 10.0.1.44 or higher. SalesPartner-Cloud deployments will be upgraded by your SalesPartner system administrator.
Realestate.co.nz import listings fixes:
When importing listings from Realestate.co.nz individually or in batches, Bedroom and Bathroom data is now retrieved. This data can also be downloaded / updated via Gallery -> Tools -> Get Adverts from Realestate.co.nz.
Balloon hints fixed:
Balloon hints now display correctly in all launch scenarios. Adjust your launch configuration in More -> Settings -> INI Settings -> Misc. Options include: menu location (top/side), Show To-Do List, and adjustable zoom levels.
H1 Photo Import fixed:
H1 users can now fetch listing photos from Harcourts.co.nz as well as Realestate.co.nz and Trade Me Property. H1 photos are available from the importer as well as through Gallery -> Tools -> Download Photos.
New Contacts column: Comment (Other)
The contact comment column can now be displayed in Contacts. Contact comment is the short description field which is labeled 'Other' in Contact Entry -> Looking For tab. For Vendor's (when editing vendors via Listing Entry) this field is labeled Comment under the Vendor tab.
To enable this column, open Contacts. Click on the contact column tool (top left corner of the grid). Select Comment. You can drag and drop columns in Contacts to rearrange the order.
This is the Contact Entry comment field which can be enabled in Contacts:
New Contacts column: Address
The Street address column is now re-instated as a column option in Contacts.
Gallery, Sales Tab: Sort by column header fixed
You can reorder sales using column headers as well as through the drop down menu in Gallery -> Sales.
