A recent NewsHub article Coronavirus: Expat Kiwis rush to buy houses back home - but few on offer highlights increasing site traffic to Realestate.co.nz originating from USA, United Kingdom and Australian browsers. Given that 'expat' is understood to be an available filter for Facebook advertising audiences, we're looking for a volunteer who has a listing to promote to potential expat buyers through a targeted marketing campaign. If you have a listing that might appeal to so called save haven buyers and you have a Facebook account, let us know and we'll help you setup a boosted ad campaign to target expat kiwis abroad. We'll be tracking the metrics to monitor your advert's performance so you can add this info to your vendor reporting. Our assistance in setting up your first ad will be free - the project is in an initial R&D phase. A marketing budget of around $50 would be expected to reach a significant number of potential buyers.
