Version 11.0.0.14

7/1/2015

Version 11.0.0.14 is available as a Beta update. To install open More -> Settings -> Update -> Beta

Tip: To delete phone type labels, click on the drop down menu and use the Delete button on your keyboard. Deleting mobile phone type labels ensures that contacts will not receive SMS messages accidentally (should they choose to opt out). If a contact has two mobile numbers, write their name next to the number.
Picture
Contacts Refresh has moved into the action panel. This location is consistent with To Do List and Gallery. Edge buttons also offer better target accuracy.
Picture
New Gallery style: Gallery uses the same style as To Do List and Contacts. The Express Quantum Grid component was added to support sophisticated filtering, touch gestures, and modernization.
Picture
Gallery Modify Columns: has moved from tools into the grid (consistent with To Do List and Contacts). List clipped in this image, the total number of available columns = 43.
Picture
Email Client prompts you to confirm when you are about to discard an email message.
Picture
In Listing Entry: Media zoom buttons enlarged and order reversed.
Picture
Error fixed: If you add a contact and leave it blank then exit SalesPartner, no error message appears.
Find buyers: If you click on Find buyers for a listing, active contacts who do not have a search price are included in results. You can hide unspecified buyers using the check box in the price filter.
Picture
In Contacts: Date columns use Leading Zeroes when a day or month is not double digits. This is so that the dates on each row line up with one another.
Picture
SMS send confirmation is published in full screen, which solves the problem of the confirmation box sometimes falling behind other screens.
Picture
Gallery Other Selections, Open Home filters: now show as ticked when they are enabled. Plus: icon added for Salesperson filter.
Picture
Vendor: Email address field shortened, because it was a tad too long.
Contact Entry & Listing Entry: Navigation buttons adjusted for touch, and equal spacing.
In Gallery, Suburbs filter: your selected suburbs are removed from the source list should you re-open the Suburbs filter during your session. Icon added for Get Page Views (in Tools).
Import from Realestate.co.nz (multiple/single): upon completion if you choose to show listings, the import data screen is automatically closed instead of remaining open.
Picture
To Do List: When multiple activities exist on the same day, the order is retained if you double click / manage activities. Previously, the order was prone to reshuffling.
Picture
SMS: Automatically saves your delay settings for future events.
Picture
Port Plus: Listing importer assigns a default vendor where none exists, ensuring that downloaded listings are visible in the Gallery.
Picture
ID Policy: Fixed permissions re: access to Letters, Printing reports etc. based on your registration status. Switching users requires restart (if not logged in as office). Automatic code generation fixed for office licenses (if enabled in INI Settings -> Contact Entry). Fixed permissions for editing / adding listings & contacts for office licenses (salespeople).
Mailing address labels: number of spaces between District / Add3 / Suburb etc. and postcode reduced from 3 to 2, in accordance with NZ Post volume mail standards.
Picture
Create a QR Code: has moved from Misc into Settings. Use this tool to create a QR Code for any website.
Picture
Picture
Select Letter: now scales to match variable zoom settings (adjust in INI Settings -> Misc -> Variable Zoom). Settings & INI Settings screens also obey zoom.
Picture
Contacts: When you select All, calculated fields do not display as blank IE phone details. When Contact Looking for Land / Floor is blank, the column displays as blank instead of "0". Numerical format applied for (both) Area columns: "40,000" instead of "40000".
Gallery: shows leading zeros for Listed Date, Expiry Date & Change Date columns. Numerical format applied for Search Price column: "420,000" instead of "420000".
To Do List: supports Shift + Up & Down Arrow keys to select items, consistent with Gallery & Contacts. Spacebar to toggle selection is also supported, and Enter to open record.
