• In Contact Entry when the Callto / Tel launcher is opened, the Call button is focused so you can hit Enter to initiate a call from your linked smartphone / Skype etc.
• In various Activity Description and Note fields, if a URL is present you can now open the link by clicking it as you hold Ctrl on the keyboard. Hyperlinks are also now supported for the Comments tab in Contact Entry.
• In Listing Entry, an OpenStreetMap option has been added under the Map tab.
• Letter template updates: CFP LVR Restrictions.rtf removed. CFP prospecting letter.rtf updated for June-July 2020.
• Gallery, Sales, CMA Report template update: Photo CMA. Now shows area price per M2, simplified summary table. Supports 6 properties per page.
• A 32bit version of the SalesPartnerSMSSender.APK is available by request for 32bit Android devices to support sending SMS relays via SalesPartner.
• In More, Import Data, legacy options moved into the ribbon menu.
• In Letters Selection, a right-click context menu has been added with options to Edit, Delete, Show in Folder, Rename.
• ICS file export via To-Do List handles duration better when only a start time is available. Instead of a zero minute duration, 30 minutes is used by default.
  
• In Contact Lookup Last Contact Date is now available as a column with support for ordering by newest/oldest.
  
• The HarcourtsOne listings importer now creates sale records.
  
• In Gallery, Tools, the Show on Map feature is fixed. It now produces the map using the OpenStreetMap API.
  
• In Letters, the letter import tool has been updated to not check for an external source.
  
• ESC key to close is now supported in Select Letters and Print Reports.
  
• In Gallery, Sales tab, View Sale, GV relabeled as RV.
  
• Adjusted how street address unit / apartment suffixes are managed for REINZ sales statistics CSVs.
  
• The Rezy.INI file is now included in an Offsite Internet Backup but it is not automatically restored. This change is means that configuration settings and preferences are able to be retrieved in a recovery scenario.
  
• In Listing Entry the Realestate.co.nz page-views button is hidden because the updated website now embeds that metric using javascript.
  
• DLL libraries updated for OfficePartner for continuity in version 14.
  
• Updated photo downloader for fetching property images from Realestate.co.nz.
