In this guide we're going to obtain the RGB codes for an online image so we can match them in a SalesPartner flyer template. The new flyer layout we're designing needs to match the company's online style so we're adding in a colour element to add consistency to the look. Press Windows key + Shift + S to take a snapshot of the webpage then open Microsoft Paint and paste the image onto your canvas. Select the dropper tool then click on the object you wish to match. The colour of the area you clicked on will be added to the colour palette. Click Edit colours and note down the Red Green and Blue values for your custom colour. In SalesPartner open your custom report in edit mode and add an object from the left hand menu. Right-click the object and open the brush Colour options. Click Define Custom Colours and enter the RGB values, then click Add to Custom Colours, and then select the custom colour from the left hand colour palette and click OK. Repeat the previous step for the Pen colour options - this ensures that both the outline as well as the fill are the same colour. You can also use transparency settings and background colour options to overlay text labels or merge fields.

A recent NewsHub article Coronavirus: Expat Kiwis rush to buy houses back home - but few on offer highlights increasing site traffic to Realestate.co.nz originating from USA, United Kingdom and Australian browsers. Though it's not clear if they're Kiwis looking to come home or foreigners interested in making a new start, Taylor suspects many would be expats, as most of the offshore traffic is coming from countries with large Kiwi populations. Given that 'expat' is understood to be an available filter for Facebook advertising audiences, we're looking for a volunteer who has a listing to promote to potential expat buyers through a targeted marketing campaign. If you have a listing that might appeal to so called save haven buyers and you have a Facebook account, let us know and we'll help you setup a boosted ad campaign to target expat kiwis abroad. We'll be tracking the metrics to monitor your advert's performance so you can add this info to your vendor reporting. Our assistance in setting up your first ad will be free - the project is in an initial R&D phase. A marketing budget of around $50 would be expected to reach a significant number of potential buyers.
